Service Description

A more relaxed/passive style yoga that will take you deep into your practice. Each Yin sequence is designed to safely take you deep into each Asana (posture) as we stay and hold each one for 5 - 10 breaths. This allows you to get deeper into tight muscles and fascia tissue as we use your breath to calm the mind and nervous system. This is a great beginner class - but also great for experienced yogis to open up and heal!
